Visit Opportunities for Transfers

    On-Campus Visits

We are ready to show you why so many students love BW’s campus! BW is offering on-campus visits, which include an optional guided campus tour and meeting with a transfer admission counselor. During your visit the counselor will cover majors, transfer scholarships, financial aid and most importantly can also give you a detailed review of your transfer credit. We highly encourage you to send a copy of your transcripts to transfer@bw.edu so we can complete a comprehensive review before you arrive for your appointment.

    Transfer Information Sessions
At our Transfer Information Sessions you will have the opportunity to experience Baldwin Wallace and get a glimpse into life as a Yellow Jacket. This program starts with a presentation from one of our Transfer Admission Counselors who will review majors, financial aid & scholarship, ease of transfer credit, and the transfer admission process. Optional campus tours will also be available.

    Saturday, October 15 (9:00am Tour/10:00am Information Session)

    Thursday, November 10 (4:30pm Tour/5:30pm Information Session)

    Virtual Appointments

These appointments allow admission counselors to communicate via video teleconference and to share their screen when providing helpful information. Virtual counselor appointments are completely customized to the needs of each transfer student. When registering for a virtual appointment, students may request a guided virtual tour with a counselor or identify various topics they wish to discuss with an admission counselor, including financial aid, transfer credit, admission requirements, etc. We highly encourage you to send a copy of your transcripts to transfer@bw.edu so we can complete a comprehensive review of your credit before your virtual appointment.

To get started, select a date for your on-campus visit or virtual appointment in green (has an available appointment), select a time, then fill out the registration form.

Please contact the Admission Office at: 440-826-2091 or visit@bw.edu for questions or additional information. If you would prefer to speak directly with a counselor, let us know.
