Special Events (Regional)*

No need to travel to campus, BW is coming to you! Join fellow alumni, friends, prospective students, student-athletes, and their families for a regional reception and discover what makes Baldwin Wallace such a special community.

*These events do not qualify for the Visit Grant as they are being hosted off-campus. 

Fall Visit Days

Experience the personalized community of BW firsthand at Fall Visit Day! The day includes an information session covering admission, scholarships, and financial aid. As part of the day, a current student will lead you on a full campus tour. The highlight is the Academic and Student Life Fair, where you can engage in conversations with faculty and chat with staff. It’s the perfect opportunity to make personal connections and see how BW supports every student’s needs.

Yellow Jacket Discovery Days

One of the best ways to experience BW is by seeing campus in person. Each Yellow Jacket Discovery Day features a group information session, led by an admission counselor, which will provide you with all of the admission, scholarship, and academic information you need to determine whether BW is the right fit. Following the information session, each student and their guest are given a tour by a BW student tour guide, providing visitors with the type of personalized experience that reflects BW’s commitment to the needs and interests of every individual member of our community.
