First-Year Visit Opportunities

    On-Campus Appointments
We are ready to show you why so many students love BW’s campus!
On-campus visits include a guided campus tour and meeting with an admission counselor. Tours are limited to one student/family per tour. All Visits abide by social distancing guidelines and require use of masks by visitors and staff while inside BW facilities. Appointments for on-campus visits are strongly recommended.

    Virtual Appointments
These appointments allow admission counselors to communicate via video teleconference and to share their screen when providing helpful information. Virtual counselor appointments are completely customized to the needs of each student. When registering for a virtual appointment, students may request a guided virtual tour with a counselor or identify various topics they wish to discuss with an admission counselor, including financial aid, admission requirements, etc. We look forward to bringing the BW community to you!

    Admitted Yellow Jacket Days
(Small group visits for admitted students)
Every other Friday, January 29-April 23

    • Admitted Yellow Jacket Days are specifically designed for accepted students to share what the next steps are in the admission process and answer any questions about academics, student life and financial aid. Each day will include a student information session led by an admission counselor, a faculty-led student activity, and a personalized campus tour for each student and their guest! These days are kept intentionally small (maximum of 5 students and one guest each for a total of 10 visitors) and abide by social distancing guidelines to maximize the safety of prospective students.

    Yellow Jacket Discovery Days
(Small group visits for prospective students)
Every Wednesday February 3-April 28, as well as select Fridays and Saturdays

    • Each Yellow Jacket Discovery Day is kept intentionally small (maximum of 5 students and one guest each for a total of 10 visitors) and abides by social distancing guidelines to maximize the safety of prospective students. An information session, led by an admission counselor, will provide you with all of the admission, scholarship, and academic information you need to determine whether BW is the right fit. Following the information session, each student and their guest are given an individual tour by a BW student tour guide, providing visitors with the type of personalized experience that reflects BW’s commitment to the needs and interests of every individual member of our community.
